When Karen, this project's founder, came to Seaver Interactive, a remarkable concept was just taking shape. Her idea was to build a significant online presence that would help others who have family members living with Celiac disease. Coming from a long line of Italian cooks, she started by adapting many old family recipes to be 100% gluten-free.

She also believes that dishes offered by the Healthy Gluten-Free Family brand have to be easy to prepare, beautiful to look at, and so delicous that everyone can enjoy them.

We started by working on renaming her brand. We then worked with Karen to develop an elegant, sophisticated but approachable logo that would capture the essence of the brand:  simple, clean, easy, fun — and (dare we say it?) delicious.

Seaver Interactive has been lucky to work in partnership with a client whose skills go far beyond her gifts in the kitchen. Karen has an accomplished background as an executive in the beauty products sector. She's a gifted photographer, and stages, art directs and shoots all her own product photography. She has an incredible eye for design and detail. All of this has added up to the creation of a remarkable body of work, crafting over a thousand recipes posts so far, with lots more to come.

The Healthy-Gluten Free Family presence, both on Instagram, Pinterest and on the web — has taken off. This brand went from under 3,000 followers when Seaver Interactive got involved to over 110,000 followers today. Karen is now a sought-after influencer and one of the more successful gluten-free food bloggers in the world. We are excited to see what comes next.
