LANDTECH, a civil engineering and environmental science firm located in Westport, Connecticut, contacted Seaver Interactive looking for a website and a major brand overhaul. We worked closely with the firm principals, researching their market, the firm's background, and previous marketing materials. Originally named Land-tech Consultants, we worked on a rebrand of the firm as LANDTECH. We explored dozens of logo ideas, settling on an interpretation of the timeless serif Trajan Pro typeface. We created a clean, classic tri-tone logo that we believe will serve the firm for decades to come.

From there, we were asked to create a wide array of marketing materials, including stationery systems, a new website, marketing brochures, posters, proposal templates, wearables, and vehicle branding.

LANDTECH works in strategic partnership with some of the top architecture firms in the world, include Robert A.M. Stern, SLAM Collaborative, Peter Cadoux, Michael Greenberg, and Wormser and Associates. In planning a major brand relaunch, we retained talented architectural photographers to capture some of the locations. Maximum use has been made of the stunning visuals associated with LANDTECH's body of work.

Seaver Interactive developed print marketing campaigns for LANDTECH, including full-size portfolio brochures, subject-specific mailers (such as athletic field restorations), targeted brochures for architectural specialties including civil engineering and environmental science for residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects, and print and social media advertising campaigns.

Over the years we've also produced commerical placement ads for LANDTECH. The firm is committed to charitable giving, and we've worked to design dozens of program ad campaigns, magazine covers, event designs and signage to benefit local causes that LANDTECH supports.

We developed complete stationery systems and style guides for LANDTECH. These have included logo variations (ie white-on-black, black-on-white, light colors on dark background, vertical and horizontal interpretations) as well as schematics for use in embroidery on work clothing and hats, totes and gear, trade show exhibit banners and blades, large-format signage silkscreened on outdoor vinyl banners, project signs, hard hats, and dozens of other uses.
